Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from MT Fashion. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • In resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective or damaged on arrival):

  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Clearance / final sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please request an exchange by contacting us at mtfashionhelp@gmail.com.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will process your return as a refund once the item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: For unwanted items (change of mind, wrong size chosen), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Our responsibility: For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

How to Start a Return

Email us at mtfashionhelp@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll approve or reject it within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to see the refund on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank.
