Thank you for shopping with MT Fashion. Here’s how our shipping works.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some regions or restricted locations. If there is an issue with your address, we will contact you.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Standard estimates (once shipped):

  • Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days

Actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions with a minimum purchase amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can also track your order on our “Track My Order” page using your order number and email.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

MT Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please:

  • Verify the address, and
  • Check with neighbors or building management.

If you still cannot find it, contact us at mtfashionhelp@gmail.com and we’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
